Led the coordinated global rollout of a technology risk management tool, serving as the central point across territories for surfacing risk, working issues to closure, and holding pace and quality in a complex multi-program environment.
Transformation risk advisory — Denver, Colorado
Landfall Partners advises executive teams on execution and adoption risk — the distance between a program that was delivered and a business that actually changed. We've worked where that distance is most expensive.
Where we've worked
What we do
We work at sponsor level, on a small number of engagements at a time.
An independent read on whether a program will land: decision rights, readiness in the receiving organization, and whether the status reports match reality. Delivered to the sponsor, not to the PMO that produced it.
Finding where expected benefits will leak before they leak: roles never redefined, workarounds that become permanent, sponsorship that ends at go-live, and leaders who exempt their own teams.
Getting sponsors to a shared definition of done — and having the conversations nobody volunteers for: what has to come out of scope, which regions are behind, and the messages leaders would rather not deliver.
Consolidations, relocations, and office closures — run so the business keeps working through the move and the property spend returns something.
Landfall is the moment a long crossing reaches land — where navigation stops being theoretical. That's the part of a transformation we work on. Not the strategy, not the build. The arrival, when people have to do their jobs differently and the investment either returns or it doesn't.
The practice draws on twenty-five years inside global professional services firms, leading the organizational side of large technology programs: ERP, clinical systems, risk platforms, shared services, and workplace transformation. That work has spanned 119 countries and organizations ranging from 400 users to more than 200,000.
We take a small number of engagements at a time, we work at sponsor level, and we tell you what we actually see. Programs get into trouble quietly, and usually everyone close to them knows it well before anyone says so out loud. Our value is being the person willing to say it while there's still time to act.

Developed the readiness and enablement approach for staff, physicians, and nurses through a major systems change.
